Patent Illustrator

St. Louis, MO

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Patent Illustrator to join its St. Louis office. The Patent Illustrator prepares detailed drawings for submittal with patent applications in both the United States and abroad. This position closely works with attorneys and clients to prepare these drawings.

  1. Prepares and revises patent drawings (using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Visio), based on guidelines received from attorneys and/or clients

  3. Contacts outside contractors as necessary or as requested to prepare patent drawings

Accounts Payable Supervisor

St. Louis, MO

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join its St. Louis office. The Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor is responsible for all activities and operations in the AP department within the Firm. As a leader, the AP Supervisor plays a key part in mentoring and motivating a team of direct reports. Other primary responsibilities include analyzing invoices and expenses for accuracy and eligibility for payment, ensuring timely payments in accordance with Firm policies, maintaining accurate financial records and controls, and ensuring excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manages the accounts payable team members by delegating tasks, monitoring task completion, and managing team performance

Payroll Specialist

St. Louis, MO

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its team. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing each employee’s withholdings, deductions, and payments.

Docket Assistant

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Docket Assistant to join its St. Louis office. The Docket Assistant manages the docket system to track deadlines and mitigate malpractice. This role may support U.S. or foreign docketing processes and may support Litigation or Intellectual Property.
