Every time we download a new app to our mobile devices, the app asks to access different parts of our mobile device, such as our contacts, our location information, our camera, etc. Do they really need to access these functions? What are they doing with the data? Should we really allow them access? What can be done to protect ourselves from providing too much information just to throw balls at virtual creatures? We’ll cover all of these topics in an important discussion on data collection and privacy.
