Biography

Jeff McPherson has represented clients in over 200 appeals of all kinds since 1995, including over 30 appeals in the Missouri Supreme Court and over 100 appeals in the Missouri Court of Appeals.  He has presented more than 80 oral arguments in appeals before state and federal courts, including every Missouri appellate court. Jeff has argued cases in all areas of litigation, including commercial disputes, family law, municipal law, products liability, insurance, criminal law, and taxation. 

Jeff also advises private entities and units of government in matters relating to subjects such as annexation, the Missouri Sunshine Law, and the Hancock Amendment. He is AV® Preeminent peer review rated, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
