Biography
Justin May has extensive experience assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, tax, entity formation, finance, commercial real estate and corporate consulting.
He also assists clients with negotiating and drafting complex commercial documents, multitier entity formation, tax consulting, planning and representation, and commercial landlord representation.
In addition, Justin holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Colorado.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Justin served as a senior tax associate at leading national and regional CPA firms in Denver. Before that, he spent more than a decade as in-house counsel for a commercial real estate development company.
