Biography
Kelley Rowan is an associate in the Corporate Services practice group. She has guided a wide range of diverse clients through complex transactions, commercial agreements and governance issues.
Kelley also creates comprehensive, personalized estate plans. By tailoring wills, powers of attorney and end-of-life care plans to address each clients’ unique needs, she ensures that their personal wishes are honored and their assets are effectively managed.
With a background in data privacy and cybersecurity, Kelley advises clients on novel data privacy issues, crafting custom solutions to address emerging challenges in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. She has extensive knowledge of global data protection regulations, including the EU and U.K.’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws, HIPAA and other federal information privacy laws and regulations.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Kelley was a law clerk at an information privacy law firm in Kansas City. She also previously served as a legal intern for a national telecommunications company and the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office, and as a legal extern for the St. Louis VA Medical Center at Jefferson Barracks.
