Armstrong Teasdale announces that for the fourth consecutive year, it has been named a Top Performer and Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity. The awards recognize member law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

LCLD is composed of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.

The Top Performer Award honors organizations that are highly engaged with LCLD’s programs and activities throughout the year. The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:

• member (Managing Partner/General Counsel) engagement with LCLD;
• nominate an LCLD Fellow;
• nominate an LCLD Pathfinder; and
• participate in an LCLD pipeline program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).
