Biography
Maxi Lyons has two decades of corporate legal experience with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, corporate governance and compliance.
Maxi advises corporate clients on a variety of matters including entity formation and restructuring; officer and director fiduciary duties; governance matters; stock sale, purchase and exchange agreements; and shareholder, member interest and contribution agreements. She also advises and assists startups and nonprofit organizations with formation and structuring, operational agreements and governance matters. She helps clients navigate daily legal concerns with advice and assistance regarding general contract matters, real estate leasing, project financing and legal governance, compliance and policy development.
She has extensive experience in the transportation sector aiding clients with successful negotiations and contracting with governmental and quasi-governmental agencies.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Maxi was an attorney at another Denver law firm.
