Her diverse background across service areas, including finance and banking, corporate, M&A, private equity, employment, technology and IP litigation, enables her to provide guidance in multifaceted disputes, often across multiple jurisdictions.

With two decades of experience gained both in private practice and in-house, Molly has represented corporate clients, family trusts and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in matters involving corporate governance, fraud claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, High Court employment disputes, regulatory investigations, corporate transactional claims and contentious trust matters. She also has experience in the financial services sector and in international arbitration, often assisting foreign law firms in obtaining and establishing evidence in English jurisdictions.
