Biography
Molly Ahmed is a member of the firm’s U.K. Litigation practice with extensive experience litigating a broad range of high-value international commercial disputes both before the English Courts and in arbitral proceedings. Her diverse background across service areas, including finance and banking, corporate, M&A, private equity, employment, technology and IP litigation, enables her to provide guidance in multifaceted disputes, often across multiple jurisdictions.
With two decades of experience gained both in private practice and in-house, Molly has represented corporate clients, family trusts and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in matters involving corporate governance, fraud claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, High Court employment disputes, regulatory investigations, corporate transactional claims and contentious trust matters. She also has experience in the financial services sector and in international arbitration, often assisting foreign law firms in obtaining and establishing evidence in English jurisdictions.
Molly is a frequent speaker and contributes to various legal and industry journals. Further, clients and counsel have given Molly accolades in Chambers U.K., calling her "bright, really hard-working," "a pleasure to deal with” and “one of the most effective associates out there." One individual noted that she “arrives with a reputation for ‘absolutely first-class’ work...she is a bright and impressive character.”
