Molly Ahmed is a member of the firm’s U.K. Litigation practice with extensive experience litigating a broad range of international commercial disputes. Her diverse background across service areas, including finance and banking, corporate, M&A, private equity, employment, technology and IP litigation, enables her to provide guidance in multifaceted, high-value commercial disputes, often across multiple jurisdictions.

With nearly two decades of experience, Molly represents clients in matters involving corporate governance, fraud claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, High Court employment disputes, regulatory investigations and corporate transactional claims. She also has experience in the financial services sector and in international arbitration, often assisting foreign law firms in obtaining and establishing evidence in English jurisdictions.
