Armstrong Teasdale Named to BTI Client Service A-Team
Armstrong Teasdale has been named to the 2022 BTI Client Service A-Team, marking the 11th year the firm has been recognized by BTI Consulting Group.
This year, Armstrong Teasdale was ranked a Standout in five of the 17 activities that clients value most, consider most important, and have the most influence on hiring and rate decisions in driving superior client relationships.
The Client Service A-Team ranking is determined based on direct feedback from top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue, who singled out 281 law firms by name for driving superior client relationships. The information was obtained through 350 extensive interviews.
