Associate Samantha Medina Joins Armstrong Teasdale in Miami
National law firm Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associate Samantha V. Medina to the firm’s Litigation practice group. Medina provides strategic, results-driven representation for corporate entities across a wide range of complex disputes including breach of contractual obligations, intellectual property disputes, commercial real estate and construction issues, and product liability issues.
A key part of Medina’s practice focuses on electronic discovery (e-discovery), where she brings experience in managing the identification, preservation, collection and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI). She is adept at navigating the technical complexities of modern data, ensuring clients comply with legal obligations while leveraging digital evidence to strengthen their cases. From developing defensible discovery strategies to managing large-scale document productions, Medina understands how critical e-discovery is in today’s litigation landscape.
A problem-solver at heart, Medina combines sharp legal insight with a practical understanding of business operations. She approaches every case with thorough preparation, clear communication, and a relentless work ethic aimed at achieving the best possible outcome.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Medina was an associate at another Miami-area law firm. She previously served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office prosecuting criminal misdemeanor and felony cases. She also gained experience as a Legal Clerk at the Department of Energy’s Y-12 National Security Complex, where she conducted research on intellectual property and compliance matters within the federal regulatory framework.
