Commercial Litigation Associate Eduardo Cruz Joins Armstrong Teasdale

National law firm Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associate Eduardo J. Cruz to the firm’s Miami office. A member of the Litigation practice group, he focuses on complex commercial litigation, with experience spanning consumer financial services, real property and condominium disputes, aviation litigation, and high-stakes defense matters. He regularly represents corporate clients, financial institutions, insurers, and businesses in both state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Cruz has represented clients in both federal and state courts in matters involving professional malpractice, negligence, breach of contract, and misrepresentation. His experience spans a broad range of disputes, including business torts, defamation, wrongful death, premises liability, ADA compliance, and condominium law. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, from developing case strategy and managing discovery to conducting depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and negotiating favorable resolutions.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Cruz was an associate at a Miami law firm prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale. During law school, he also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. John J. O’Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
