Erin Edelman, Eric Sutty Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 Bankruptcy and Restructuring List
Armstrong Teasdale Partners Erin Edelman and Eric Sutty have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers list. The list includes traditional bankruptcy lawyers, specialists in leveraged finance and restructuring, and litigators well-versed in financial litigation and distress. Lawyers from across the United States are selected based on nominations, independent research, and vetting with peers.
Edelman (St. Louis) leads the firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice and counsels clients in bankruptcy, commercial and real estate litigation matters. She represents the interests of debtors, secured lenders and unsecured creditors seeking to maximize their return through bankruptcy or out-of-court restructuring. Erin handles a variety of complex transactions and litigation related to corporate restructuring, including defending and prosecuting preference and related litigation, negotiating and documenting capital and debt structures, and loan workouts and asset acquisitions and divestitures.
Sutty (Wilmington) advises companies in financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. He regularly represents committees, debtors, debtors-in-possession, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and trustees in Chapter 11 proceedings. Sutty also represents trustees in Chapter 7 proceedings and post-confirmation estates. He is also an experienced commercial litigator at the state and federal levels in both trial and appellate courts.
