November 20, 2017 Media Coverage

Armstrong Teasdale’s Privacy and Data Security practice area attorneys have experience with matters involving both U.S. and international laws. Our team includes litigation, corporate, intellectual property, international and health care lawyers; two Certified Ethical Hackers (C|EH) and two Certified Information Privacy Professionals (CIPP/US) and one Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).

And they work with a diverse group of clients, from internet startups to Fortune 100 companies, in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, communications, health care, retailers, technology, and energy and utilities.

Most recently, our attorneys have addressed increasing data threats for health care systems and organizations that handle personal patient information. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance is of paramount concern. Partner Jeff Schultz recently shared some tips with the O&P Almanac, a publication of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association, and was featured in the cover story, “PHI in Critical Condition.”
