Clinkinbeard, who was recognized in the Litigation Practitioner category, is an experienced litigator with substantial trial experience across the Midwest including Oklahoma, Texas and Nebraska. Her numerous successes include her role as co-lead counsel in a furnace explosion case that generated the largest 2014 defense verdict in Missouri. She has tried numerous jury cases to verdict in state and federal courts and also achieves successful outcomes for her clients early in litigation through aggressive, targeted pretrial practice.
Parker, recognized in the Innovation and Technology category, is a member of the Corporate Services practice group and co-founder of the firm’s Tech Law practice. She has over 20 years of experience handling sophisticated technology and intellectual property agreements, ensuring client licensees and purchasers obtain necessary ownership and license rights in technology customized for them; and that client developers retain key proprietary IP rights to enable future developments and business growth. The nature of her work involves clients spanning a wide range of industries and as such, her practice also extends to merchandise licensing, promotional and sponsorship agreements, and publishing agreements.
Weber is a partner in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group and is recognized in the General Practitioner category. She has nearly 20 years of experience and handles contentious matters, primarily in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois, at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court. Her matters often involve banking, real estate, consumer lending, creditors’ rights, insurance defense, probate litigation and business law. Further, she has extensive experience handling commercial loan transactions from origination through default and into litigation.
Clinkinbeard, Parker and Weber will be recognized at an awards reception Thursday, May 12, at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, and will be profiled in a special section of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
