Jonathan Valentino is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group. He concentrates his law practice in the area of contract and commercial litigation.

Jonathan's experience includes large commercial disputes involving U.C.C. claims, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, securities and class actions. He has also been involved in significant tort litigation cases involving personal injury defense and property damage as well as cases involving insurance claims.
