Armstrong Teasdale Adds Associates to Intellectual Property Group
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associates James S. Jaworski, III, and Bradley Thomas to the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group in St. Louis.
Jaworski assists clients with a variety of IP-related needs. He is experienced with conducting infringement analyses for trademarks and patents and assisting clients in filing for trademarks, as well as advising on business strategy including LLC formation. Prior to joining the firm, Jaworski was an attorney in Cleveland, Ohio. During law school, he also served as a federal judicial extern for the Hon. Benita Pearson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Thomas focuses serves clients in the acquisition, management and enforcement of intellectual property including patents, trademarks and copyrights, as well as brand building through intellectual property. He leverages his background in electrical engineering combined with significant experience as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to guide clients through the process of safeguarding their IP assets. Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was in-house counsel at a multimedia animation and gaming company.
