Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Counsel Colleen E. Graham to its Corporate Services practice group in Kansas City. Graham brings a wealth of experience guiding clients through every phase of the business life cycle—from launch to exit. She advises both startups and established companies on entity formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance, laying a solid legal foundation for growth and risk management.

Graham’s background in financial services enhances her ability to provide sophisticated corporate counsel. She regularly drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, supports clients through mergers and acquisitions, and ensures compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR Act) in connection with antitrust filings.

Before joining Armstrong Teasdale, Graham practiced business transactions law at a well-regarded Kansas City firm. She also held finance roles at Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan, equipping her with a deep understanding of the financial drivers that shape corporate strategy.
