Biography
Colleen Graham helps clients navigate all stages of the business life cycle, from conception to sale. She advises both startup and established businesses on entity formation, structuring and compliance, ensuring a strong legal foundation for growth and risk mitigation.
With a background in financial services, she provides general corporate and business advice, drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, and assists with mergers and acquisitions. Her work also includes ensuring compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR Act) for antitrust clearances.
Colleen’s experience includes an in-house secondment with a leading pet food manufacturing company providing legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal, operations and procurement teams, negotiating critical commercial agreements for product supply and key inputs, and preparing construction contracts for majority facility expansions. She represents a wide range of clients, including those in the manufacturing, architecture and grocery retail industries.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Colleen was a business transactions attorney at another Kansas City law firm. In addition, she previously worked in finance for Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan.
