Biography
Ellen Mannion is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group. She is experienced in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including those involving higher education, white-collar and government enforcement. She regularly conducts research and drafts memoranda aimed at developing litigation strategy, assessing the viability of claims asserted, and identifying and determining the strength of potential defenses.
She is also skilled at drafting pleadings and motions including answers to complaints, counterclaims, motions to dismiss, motions to compel, motions for protective orders, motions to quash, and motions for admission pro hac vice.
