Biography
Emily Goeke is an associate in the Litigation practice group. She has previous experience in matters involving health care, civil rights and underserved populations, and has represented clients with disabilities in a wide variety of matters.
As a prior judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Emily is skilled at managing a diverse civil docket and analyzing substantive issues of state and federal law. She also has experience representing clients before state and federal administrative agencies.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Emily served as a law clerk for the Hon. David D. Noce in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
She previously served as a staff attorney for Missouri Protection & Advocacy Services. During law school, Emily was a legal intern for both Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and the National Health Law Program in Washington, D.C. Emily was also an extern for the Hon. Audrey Fleissig in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
