Biography
Geoff Ogden is an associate in the Litigation practice group. A trial attorney with more than a decade of experience handling complex litigation, Geoff draws on extensive courtroom experience from both his military and civilian government service.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Geoff was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in St. Louis, where he served in the National Security Division as the Domestic Terrorism Coordinator and, prior to that, on the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. Geoff has experience managing complex investigations involving national security, money laundering, drug trafficking, fraud, violent crime and public safety. He has acquired significant experience and expertise in digital evidence analysis and evolving security challenges.
A former active duty Marine Corps Judge Advocate, Geoff has also represented service members in military justice cases, where he was assigned some of the most complex criminal cases in the Marine Corps, including the month-long jury trial of a senior Colonel involving over 60 witnesses. Geoff continues to serve as a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps Reserve, where he holds the rank of Major and regularly assists active duty counsel with litigation strategy and pretrial motions practice.
