Biography
James Soriano is a patent agent working with attorneys in the Intellectual Property practice group to help firm clients safeguard their inventions. Capitalizing on his background in electrical engineering, he drafts and prosecutes patent applications for clients ranging from startups to major corporations, assists with freedom-to-operate analyses on technologies for clients, and advises inventors on the patentability of their creations and assists in invention harvesting.
He has experience with computer and electrical technologies including telecommunication and power generation, and has conducted research and analysis for clients on technologies including machine learning, AI, block chain and quantum computing.
