Biography
Keith Silverstein concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury and product liability, securities fraud and insurance-related matters. He conducts all aspects of federal and state civil litigation, appeals and arbitrations, including disputes involving contract, fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent transfers, business partnerships, construction, real estate and commercial lending.
Keith frequently serves as outside corporate counsel for a diverse group of clients, including a multinational technology company; a Florida-based international cosmetics manufacturer and retailer; a real estate development company with more than $100 million under management; numerous automotive dealerships and vehicle floorplan lenders. He advises on corporate governance, licensing, distribution and service agreements, labor and employment, potential mergers and acquisitions, membership interest transfers, and real-estate-related litigation. Further, he negotiates purchase and sale agreements, and development agreements.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Keith operated his own Miami-based litigation and business law firm. Before that, he was an associate in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, office and New York office of two Am Law 200 law firms. In addition to his legal practice, Keith has previous management experience in the corporate and investment banking field.
