Donna Schmitt Selected for World Trademark Review 2026 Global Leaders
Armstrong Teasdale Partner Donna Schmitt has been selected by World Trademark Review for its WTR Global Leaders 2026. The distinction places her in the top 15% of practitioners ranked in the WTR 1000, a guide to the top trademark professionals in key jurisdictions around the world.
Leader of the firm’s Trademark practice, Schmitt handles domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and guides clients on trademark selection, use, registration, policing, protection, infringement and enforcement. She also advises on commercialization of intellectual property through licensing. Schmitt counsels on domain name registration and use of trademarks and copyrights in social media. As part of her practice, she works to identify trends and new tools to enforce intellectual property rights, including efforts to curb the sale and distribution of counterfeit and knockoff products from electronics to personal care items.
