Armstrong Teasdale Names Kansas City’s Ketchum Deputy General Counsel
Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces that Tyson H. Ketchum has been named deputy general counsel.
Ketchum will support the firm’s general counsel, Lori L. Bockman, and will be responsible for protecting the firm’s legal interests, maintaining its operations within the scope established by law and providing guidance on risk management and related liability issues.
An experienced litigator, Ketchum primarily focuses on employment discrimination, insurance coverage, personal injury and commercial litigation cases. His practice is unique in that he has handled high-stakes cases for clients involving many different areas of law.
Ketchum has tried cases to verdict before courts in Missouri and Kansas and has argued before the Missouri Supreme Court, Missouri Court of Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
Since 2013, Ketchum has been named a Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyer®. He has also been named among the Best of the Bar by the Kansas City Business Journal for multiple years.
Ketchum, who works in the firm’s Kansas City office, is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, as well as Eastern and Western Missouri. He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and B.S. from Truman State University.
