Biography
Lynn Goessling has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and business law. She has maintained long-standing relationships with numerous clients thanks to her reputation for trusted judgment and practical insights.
Lynn represents a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landowners, and public and privately held companies. She handles transactions across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry, from multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality to health care, life sciences, senior living, and industrial projects.
Over the past decade, Lynn has developed particular depth in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, frequently leading build-to-suit and design-build transactions averaging over 500,000 square feet. She has also led complex mixed-use and office campus developments in multiple states involving significant coordination of infrastructure and ancillary uses.
Her experience encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, easements, complex title and entitlement matters, and projects involving public-private financing tools such as TIFs, tax abatement, and special development districts. Lynn also has significant experience structuring joint ventures and assisting clients with the financing components of complex real estate transactions. With a background that includes corporate structuring, tax planning, and environmental remediation, Lynn aligns legal strategy with business objectives to help clients maximize value and manage risk across the life cycle of an investment.
