Armstrong Teasdale Adds Associates in Denver, St. Louis

Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associates Lucas D. Basha and Laura C. Jarasek to the firm’s Corporate Services practice group.

Basha (Denver) focuses on corporate mergers and acquisitions, serving both strategic and private equity clients. He represents both strategic and private equity buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border asset and equity M&A transactions, and is experienced in drafting key transaction documents, such as stock and asset purchase agreements and investor rights agreements. He conducts due diligence of domestic and foreign targets, including data room monitoring and drafting disclosure statements, and has also managed corporate governance matters.

Jarasek (St. Louis) advises clients on a variety of matters related to mergers and acquisitions. She leverages her in-house legal experience where she drafted and negotiated a wide variety of contracts, including employment and administrative agreements, leases, construction agreements, confidentiality agreements and other commercial service agreements. Jarasek is skilled at interpreting and providing strategic legal advice on nuanced contractual terms, conditions, rights and obligations.
