Armstrong Teasdale Lawyers Selected for 2023 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

Partner Alexandra (Sasha) Thaler will participate in the Fellows Program. Partner Angela Kennedy and Associate Avila Zepp will participate in the Pathfinder Program.
The Fellows Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD member organizations to provide Fellows with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities and access to LCLD members, including managing partners and general counsel.
The Pathfinder Program is designed to connect high-potential, early-career attorneys from preeminent organizations for a six- to seven-month professional development series that focuses on foundational leadership skills, professional networking and relationship-building skills, and career development strategies.
Thaler (Boston) guides company leadership and Human Resources professionals at employers across multiple industries in all aspects of employment law, from compliance through dispute resolution. She also leads the firm’s Education industry team.
