Biography
Angela Kennedy has extensive experience working on business disputes at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to appeals. She specializes in trademark and copyright cases, vindicating the rights of small business and large companies alike, and litigates a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts and before regulatory agencies and commissions.
In addition to her trademark and copyright practice, she litigates a wide range of disputes in both state and federal courts, including business torts, matters involving noncompete and nonsolicitation clauses, contract disputes, and insurance and securities litigation. Her creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to understanding overall business needs help her to craft innovative legal solutions. As a former judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, she applies her understanding of judicial reasoning and practice to help clients achieve their objectives. Angela is also a member of the Eighth Circuit Civil Jury Instructions Subcommittee.
