Biography
Angela Kennedy has extensive experience working on cases at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to appeals. She frequently handles trademark and copyright disputes, vindicating the rights of small business and large companies alike.
As a former judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, she applies her understanding of judicial reasoning and practice to help clients achieve their objectives. In addition to her trademark and copyright practice, she litigates a wide range of disputes in both state and federal courts, including business torts, matters involving noncompete and nonsolicitation clauses, contract disputes, and insurance and securities litigation. Her creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to understanding overall business needs help her to craft innovative legal solutions. Angela frequently publishes articles and practice guides on a variety of topics, including pretrial civil litigation and insurance matters. She is also a member of the Eighth Circuit Civil Jury Instructions Subcommittee.
