Biography
Angela Kennedy’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with respect to a wide range of issues in both state and federal courts and before regulatory agencies and commissions. Her work ranges from contract disputes and intellectual property and trade secret issues to insurance and securities litigation, administrative claims and appeals. She has successfully advised on several mass tort and business tort matters, and she has a robust trademark and copyright practice.
Angela vindicates the rights of small business and large companies alike, and has extensive experience working on business disputes at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to appeals. As a former judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, she applies her understanding of judicial reasoning and practice to help clients achieve their objectives. Her creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to understanding overall business needs help her to craft innovative legal solutions. Angela is also actively involved in the legal community. She participates in diversity initiatives, the Missouri Bar, the Federal Bar Association and the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis.
