Armstrong Teasdale Named a BTI Midsize Client Service Master
Armstrong Teasdale has been named a 2022 BTI Midsize Client Service Master as one of 50 law firms cited by clients for delivering superior client service.
Firms were evaluated by BTI Consulting Group, which surveys more than 350 client decision-makers at organizations generating $700 million or more in annual revenue. Specifically, the survey captures the experiences and opinions of chief legal officers, corporate counsel and business leaders who hire and influence the hiring of law firms. Results are based on 17 measures, with an emphasis on communication and client focus. More than 650 firms across the nation were evaluated.
