Armstrong Teasdale Names Miami Office Managing Attorney
Armstrong Teasdale announces that Glen H. Waldman, a partner in the Litigation practice group, has been appointed managing attorney of the firm’s Miami, Florida, office. Armstrong Teasdale established a presence in Florida this January with the addition of 12 lawyers and staff professionals from Waldman Barnett.
Office managing attorneys are charged with driving growth and success in coordination with the firm’s overall strategic vision as determined by firmwide leadership and Managing Partner Patrick Rasche.
“I’m confident Glen will be pivotal to the firm’s success in the Southeastern U.S.,” Rasche said. “With the aggressive growth goals we’ve set and the legal experience Glen brings to the table, we are well positioned to capitalize on opportunities in this region.”
With more than 35 years of experience, Waldman focuses his trial practice on complex business, commercial, real estate, land use and probate litigation matters. He has tried both jury and bench cases with disputes in a wide variety of areas, including contracts, fraud, fraudulent transfers, business partnerships, land use, wills, construction, real estate, insurance, trademark infringement and banking. As lead counsel he has obtained numerous jury verdict awards in the seven- and eight-figure range in business, commercial and real estate matters, and has successfully defended claims of equal size.
