Ida Shafaie Named to Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Pathfinder Program
Armstrong Teasdale Associate Ida Shafaie has been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Pathfinder Program for 2021.
The Pathfinder Program is designed to connect high-potential, early-career attorneys from preeminent organizations for a six- to seven-month professional development series that focuses on foundational leadership skills, professional networking and relationship building skills, and career development strategies.
Shafaie is a trial attorney and member of the Employment and Labor practice who counsels clients regarding complex civil rights claims and related state and local anti-discrimination laws. In addition to her employment practice, she counsels on education matters, working with primary, secondary, and post-secondary institutions. Shafaie has worked on matters involving public record laws as well as claims arising under Title IX.
Armstrong Teasdale is an LCLD Member Firm, and in 2018 received the LCLD’s Compass Award for actively participating in LCLD programs designed to build a more open and diverse legal profession.
