Lawyers Harry O’Donnell, William Collier Join Armstrong Teasdale
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associate Solicitor Harry O’Donnell and Associate William Collier to the firm’s London and Miami offices, respectively. They join a roster of more than 700 lawyers and staff professionals across Armstrong Teasdale’s 16 offices internationally.
O’Donnell is a member of the firm’s U.K. Real Estate team. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant matters, investment sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold premises and the property aspects of corporate transactions. O’Donnell advises landlords on the investment and management of their portfolios and corporate occupier tenants across a number of sectors. He has extensive experience with lettings, assignments and subleases of various properties, including industrial units, shops, offices and mixed-use premises.
Collier, a member of the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group, focuses on corporate matters and franchising. He works with both franchisees and franchisors on a variety of matters, including disclosure documents, franchise agreements, and federal and state franchise law compliance. He also advises clients on matters ranging from corporate compliance and governance to employment-related issues. Collier has provided legal representation and counseling to companies on mergers and acquisitions and negotiated purchase agreements and settlements related to breach of contract.
