Missouri Lawyers Weekly Recognizes Hall, Vojas as Up & Coming Lawyers
Brandon Hall and Katherine Vojas, associates in Armstrong Teasdale’s St. Louis office, are recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in its 2024 Up & Coming Awards. The awards recognize young attorneys who are making a positive difference in the practice of law in Missouri and whose outstanding contributions have them on the track for success.
Hall counsels health care systems, hospitals, physicians, providers, rural hospitals, pharmacies, PBMs and private equity ventures in a range of regulatory compliance and transactional matters, and also actively advises on ERISA compliance and ERISA litigation. In addition, he is spearheading the launching of the firm’s ERISA Fiduciary Compliance and Defense practice to counsel against the evolving wave of ERISA fiduciary litigation. He serves as Secretary on the firm’s Associates Committee and is also active with the ABA’s Health Law Section and Young Lawyers Division, the St. Louis Systems Counsel group, and the St. Louis Chapter of the American Health Law Association. His community service includes serving as treasurer on the Board of Directors for Missouri Appleseed and on the Board of Directors for the Animal Protective Association of Missouri.
Vojas is a member of the firm’s award-winning Mass Tort and Catastrophic Loss practice area and defends clients in litigation alleging catastrophic injuries as a result of product liability and premises liability. She focuses her practice on litigation and defending major hospitals, doctors, nurses and other professionals against claims of medical malpractice. In addition to her professional successes, she is actively involved as a Board Member and Secretary for LeadMO, which is designed to cultivate a sustainable community around the human capital powering progress in Missouri. She also serves as the Secretary for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’ Women in the Legal Profession Board and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Medical Malpractice Steering Committee.
Hall and Vojas are profiled in the current issue of Missouri Lawyers Weekly and will be recognized at an event Oct. 10.
