Biography
Nick Krone is an associate in the Litigation practice group where he litigates complex commercial disputes and represents corporate and individual clients facing government investigations.
Nick’s experience extends to all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and negotiation of settlements. He also has experience representing clients before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and state securities regulators. In addition, Nick serves as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
Background
Nick was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale before joining the firm full time. He also previously served as a legal extern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in St. Louis and at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Sara Darrow in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Prior to attending law school, Nick worked for a global industrial equipment manufacturer.
