Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Rick was a commercial litigation associate at a Virginia law firm. There, as lead attorney, he successfully defended seven-figure claims and obtained favorable verdicts on behalf of clients in multiple jury trials.
He also served as a law clerk for the Hon. David A. Oblon of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
