Biography
Shannon Timmermann is a legal assistant in the firm’s Litigation practice group where she focuses on medical malpractice defense work. She drafts discovery and pleadings; collects, analyzes and maintains medical and billing records; prepares litigation support documents; conducts legal research; coordinates pre-trial activities; and assists at trial. In addition, Shannon prepares witness files for use by attorneys at meetings, depositions and trial. She has assisted at trials in St. Louis County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County, Missouri.
Shannon is well-versed in Xera Relativity, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft programs, CaseMap and Adobe. She has extensive experience in using and maintaining electronic discovery databases.
