Biography
Tammy Miller has over 19 years of experience in the legal field, with the last five concentrated in intellectual property. As an international docket administrator, she manages international patent portfolios.
Highly organized and possessing a broad legal skill set, Tammy is proficient in international IP practice rules, laws and procedures. She coordinates the processing and filing of patent applications in foreign countries, including electronic filing of PCT applications via ePCT at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Tammy also files various responses via the U.S. Receiving Office and the International Bureau at WIPO. She oversees and maintains the docket and coordinates with attorneys, clients, inventors and foreign associates regarding the same.
Tammy is proficient with the docketing software programs CPI and Lecorpio.

Prior to joining the firm, Tammy was director of the paralegal department for the Office of the State Appellate Defender in Illinois.
