Biography
Tari Rader is a senior paralegal supporting lawyers in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group in a variety of transaction-related matters. With more than a decade of legal administrative experience, she drafts and edits key commercial real estate transaction documents, gathers and analyzes due diligence documents, and routinely files documents electronically with state and federal courts. Tari also has experience reviewing and analyzing title commitments, surveys, easements, water rights, mineral rights, and any covenants, conditions and restrictions. She is skilled at providing precise paralegal support in the management and closing of large real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Tari was a legal assistant and paralegal trainee at other Denver area law firms. She also previously served as executive administrative assistant to the Chief Counsel of Legal Operations for a major American auto manufacturer.
