Mastering the Art of Public Speaking: A Unique Opportunity for Young Lawyers Through WITL & DRI

For the Defense
March 2025 Publications

In August 2024, WITL launched the Speaker’s Workshop, a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower young women lawyers by honing their public speaking skills. Conceived by the leadership of WITL, and spearheaded by Sandy Wunderlich, this innovative program addresses a critical yet often overlooked aspect of professional development in the legal field. Recognizing that effective communication is an indispensable skill for lawyers—but one that can be challenging to master—the committee designed this workshop as a bridge to help young attorneys build confidence and expertise in public speaking.
