He has experience drafting and prosecuting utility and design patent applications and trademark applications, both domestically and internationally, in myriad technological areas, including medical devices (robotic surgical systems, intra-operative navigation systems, catheters and ablation devices), solar trackers (mechanical, electrical and software-related aspects of articulating solar tracker arrays), and mechanical energy storage systems, among others.

Curry Welker (St. Louis) is a skilled estate-planning lawyer working with clients to protect and manage their assets and wealth. She routinely drafts estate-planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, qualified spousal trusts, gift trusts and special needs trusts. In addition, she routinely works on wills, powers of attorney and other advance directives. She is also experienced in tax matters including generation-skipping taxes, estate tax returns and gift tax returns.
