Jim Virtel is experienced in commercial and class action litigation and in the defense of cases involving product liability, including pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and electricity and gas. He has handled complex litigation including claims arising from the construction of the Robert E. Lee Bridge in Richmond, Virginia and the Biosphere near Tucson, Arizona.

Jim has tried over 100 cases to conclusion, including commercial and business disputes, shareholder disputes, product and premises liability cases and electrical contact cases. Additionally, he has tried many wrongful death and serious injury cases in the City and County of St. Louis as well as in many federal district courts.
