A member of the Employment and Labor practice group, Jeremy Brenner works with public and private sector employers in a wide array of industries in human resources related matters and all aspects of litigation at the administrative, state and federal levels. A strong believer in alternative dispute resolution, he is a Missouri certified mediator.

Jeremy defends employers and managers in allegations involving race, sex, age, religion, national origin, and disability discrimination. He also handles claims of sexual harassment, veteran status, wage and hour matters, wrongful discharge, and ERISA, FMLA and USERRA matters.

Combining a background in human resources consulting with his legal training, Jeremy is able to provide a unique perspective on a variety of matters pertaining to the organizational challenges employers face. Committed to effective case management, he is well-versed in all phases of discovery, trial preparation and negotiation of settlements with opposing counsel.

Background

While attending law school, Jeremy spent two summers as a summer associate with the firm. Prior to law school he was the chief business development officer for a human resources consulting firm.
