Armstrong Teasdale Expands Corporate Practice in Chicago with Partner Tracy Jacobson and Counsel Jason Faust

National law firm Armstrong Teasdale is continuing to grow its Corporate Services Group’s Chicago presence with the addition of Partner Tracy Jacobson and Counsel Jason Faust.

Jacobson comes to Armstrong with 20 years of experience advising on complex middle-market corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and divestitures. She joins the firm with an established client base and deep experience counseling businesses in highly regulated industries. Immediately prior to joining Armstrong, Jacobson was a partner in an Am Law 100 Chicago law firm. Prior to that, she worked extensively in-house for both public and private equity-backed health care companies. Jacobson looks forward to bringing her diverse experience to Armstrong where she will continue to advise clients on corporate transactions and strategic business matters.

Faust has nearly 15 years of experience advising private and public employers on the design, implementation, and long-term maintenance of employee benefit and executive compensation programs, while helping organizations navigate complex compliance obligations and risk management considerations. Faust also regularly advises on employee benefits and compensation issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, making him a valuable addition to the firm’s expanding corporate practice.

The additions of Jacobson and Faust reflect Armstrong Teasdale’s continued investment in building a broader range of legal services in Chicago. While the firm’s Chicago office has long been recognized for its litigation capabilities, the expansion of its corporate offerings positions Armstrong to provide a more comprehensive suite of services from its local office.
