Marty Hereford has agreed to be a 2011 market captain for the United Way of Greater St. Louis Women’s Leadership Society. This is the second year in a row that Marty has accepted the role in which she encourages women lawyers to support the agency.
The Women’s Leadership Giving Initiative was founded in 1996 to encourage and recognize women who make leadership gifts of $1,000 or more to the area United Way. The Initiative’s “Power of the Purse” theme reflects the idea that women have a strong impact on economic and quality-of-life issues.
