Biography
Charles Hoyt has managed dozens of commercial litigation matters resulting in several defense verdicts for Fortune 500 companies. He represents businesses in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including insurers and policyholders in high-stakes disputes ranging from breach of contract to complex tort claims.
Managing cases from their inception throughout the discovery process, Charles has experience in preparing cases for trial in the New Jersey Superior Court and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, along with appeals in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
With extensive experience in managing high-stakes commercial litigation, Charles handles multifaceted legal issues and provides innovative, strategic solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.
