Biography
Chase Rose is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. A member of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences industry team, he primarily focuses his practice on representing hospitals, medical professionals, and manufacturers in a variety of actions.
Chase’s attention to detail and meticulous research supports clients throughout each stage of litigation. He has experience advocating for clients in federal and state courts, including at the appellate level. Chase has briefed multiple cases in state and federal courts of appeals concerning issues such as evidentiary admissibility, statutory interpretation, and alleged constitutional violations. Further, he has argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, achieving favorable outcomes.
