Missouri Lawyers Weekly Power Lists Recognize Loseman, Dalton, Price

December 14, 2023 Firm News

Missouri Lawyers Weekly has recognized three Armstrong Teasdale partners in its Power List featured, highlighting the state of Missouri’s most prominent lawyers in numerous practices. David G. Loseman was named to the inaugural Power List for Construction Law, and Jonathan F. Dalton and William Ray Price, Jr., were recognized on the Power 100 List, an end-of-year compendium of the top 100 lawyers in Missouri and bordering metro areas.

As chair of the firm’s Construction and Design practice, Loseman represents clients in major construction projects throughout the United States and in several foreign endeavors. In managing construction and design transactions for owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals, he handles contract negotiations and preparations from project conception through completion. In addition, he advises clients in anticipating, addressing and resolving contract and performance issues that arise during and after construction.

Dalton was originally recognized in the Power List for Lawyer/Lobbyists. He counsels many of Missouri’s most successful organizations and individuals in business transactions and government/regulatory affairs, providing strategies for growth, financing, governance, structure, and related planning matters. Dalton also serves as president and CEO of AT Government Strategies LLC, a subsidiary of Armstrong Teasdale.

Price, who was originally recognized in the Appellate Law Power List, has tried a number of jury and nonjury trials, argued numerous appeals, and served as a mediator, arbitrator, and court appointed master in various civil and administrative cases. A former judge on the Missouri Supreme Court, he served two terms as chief justice—only the fourth judge to do so since the adoption of the Missouri Court Plan in 1940. In his 20 years on the bench, Ray authored more than 300 published opinions dealing with almost every aspect of Missouri law.

Loseman, Dalton and Price are profiled in the Dec. 13, 2023, issue of Missouri Lawyers Weekly (subscription required).
