AT Academy: Co-op and Condo Virtual Law Series -Pandemic Procedures That Might Be Continued After the Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many co-op and condo Boards to make changes in their procedures and policies, from prohibiting food deliveries upstairs, to encouraging the use of proxies, rather than in-person voting. Many of these changes have created a safer and more efficient environment, and we review some of those changes that might be implemented permanently.
These programs have been accredited for Missouri Continuing Legal Education credits.
