Biography
As a patent agent in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, Fallon Fitzwater leverages her extensive experience in mechanical engineering and biomechanics to help clients – especially those in the health care industry – achieve their objectives.
Fallon has significant technical experience, including kinematic evaluations, computational modeling, controller design and mechanical design. She works closely with attorneys and other patent professionals, and primarily assists in patent prosecution, including drafting patent applications, conducting patentability and patent clearance searches, and drafting responses to Office Actions.

Background
Before joining the firm, Fallon was a research assistant for a biomechanics lab in Kansas and also served as a graduate teaching assistant and instructor for courses in mechanical design, biomechanics and the dynamics of machinery.
